Als Musiker tritt er regelm\u00e4\u00dfig bei Konzerten im Mittleren Osten und in Europa auf und spielt Oud, Percussion und Darbuka und leitet mehrere Bands als S\u00e4nger. Im Jahr 2021 gr\u00fcndete Tamem NaJazz Records, ein experimentelles Jazzprojekt, das musikalische Schnittmengen zwischen drei autodidaktischen Musikern mit v\u00f6llig unterschiedlichen Hintergr\u00fcnden zusammenbringt. Ein weiteres Musikprojekt ist die Gruppe \\\"Ramband\\\", eine Musikband, die popul\u00e4re und klassische arabische Musik mischt. Auch hat er als Tontechniker f\u00fcr Musikveranstaltungen im Libanon und als Musiklehrer in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten und in Deutschland gearbeitet und sich dabei durch Musik sozial engagiert. Als Schauspieler war Tamem Mitglied des Internationalen Theaterensembles Grubengold am Prinz-Regent-Theater in Bochum (2015-2018) und spielt derzeit f\u00fcr freie Theater- und Filmprojekte in NRW, u.a. f\u00fcr den Ringlokschuppen Ruhr, das Theater an der Ruhr, Sababa Production und Collective Ma'louba.
